KKM WORKS® is a PEZA registered company in the semiconductor and electronics industry. KKM stands for Kiru (cut), Kezuru (grind), and Migaku (polish).
KKM WORKS® delivers engineering support and expertise to qualify new devices, materials, and processes, or improve existing ones, material, device, and process qualification. Our Quality Management System is TUV Rheinland, ISO 9001: 2015 certified.
KKM WORKS® also provides production augmentation and backup based on either a defined number of wafers to be processed or based on a combination of production hours and equipment need.
KKM WORKS® recently passed the certification according to the Automotive Quality Management System Standard known as International Automotive Task Force, IATF 16949 Letter of Confirmation (LOC) Certification. IATF 16949:2016 is an international standard related to Quality Management System for Automotive. It is a supplement to, and in conjunction with, applicable customer requirement and ISO 9001:2015 that provides for its continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain.
